Raised in a loving home by his doting parents in Lansing, Michigan, DJ PNUT was exposed to art, athletics, and music from an early age. With a father who was a guitarist and an uncle who was a DJ and producer, it was inevitable that he’d get involved in music.

After high school, DJ PNUT moved to Atlanta, Georgia, to attend the prestigious Morehouse College. Here he formally pursued an education that would complement his rise to the pinnacle of the entertainment industry.
